Eligibility Criteria for HR and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Manager(Branches): First Class Graduate (Except Arts) or Post Graduate (Except Arts)/ CA. JAIIB & CAIIB and minimum 7 Years’ experience with a Nationalized Bank in supervisory category.
Office Assistant - Peon (Trainee): Any Graduate
Deputy Chief Manager First Class Graduate (Except Arts) or Post Graduate (Except Arts)/ CA. JAIIB & CAIIB and minimum 10 Years’ experience with a Nationalized Bank in supervisory category.
Deputy General Manager: Graduate / Post Graduate, JAIIB/CAIIB and should have worked in any scheduled commercial bank or Urban Co-operative Bank for 15 years.
Assistant General Manager: First class graduate MBA with specialization in HR or Master of Labor Welfare. Minimum 15 years experience out of which 5 years experience of working in HR department in a managerial cadre is essential.
Sr. Executive: First Class Graduate OR Post Graduate (Except Arts)/ Inter CA / CA / MBA / MCA / LLB. PGDCA / DCA / JAIIB/ CAIIB and minimum 5 Years’ experience as a clerk with a Nationalized Bank.
